Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $15.75 USD per hour
Responsibilities- Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.
- Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests while completing daily tasks.
- Engage with guests to understand and solve their specific needs.
- Inform guests about current promos, store activities, and events.
- Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services available in the total store and within your area to resolve issues and improve guest experience.
- Thank guests and acknowledge their choice to shop at Target.
- Know and discuss the benefits of Target Loyalty programs and assist with application or sign-up as needed.
- Scan and bag items efficiently and accurately, in compliance with safety standards and company best practices.
- Work efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining service quality and accuracy.
- Explain how to use features and offerings within the Target App, including Wallet.
- Be familiar with Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, and online ordering; direct guests on enrollment and use of these features.
- Handle returns by following store policies and collaborating with leadership as needed to resolve guest needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and manage unpurchased items, baskets, and hangers for removal.
- Stock supplies during store hours and remain available to assist guests.
- Operate in a safe, ethical, and compliant manner; report hazards and take corrective action where possible.
- Support guest services such as order pickup (OPU), Drive-Up (DU) orders and returns with compliance to applicable laws.
- Perform other duties based on business needs.
- You enjoy interacting with guests and fellow team members.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment where teamwork, flexibility, and problem solving are key.
- You are open to a flexible schedule with varying hours, days, or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak times).

- Attention to detail while prioritizing tasks.
- Ability to educate guests and engage around products and services.
- Ability to operate handheld scanners and other technology devices as directed.

- Ability to stay focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks within established time frames.
