Target is seeking a Style Consultant to support a guest-first culture with strong operations, visual merchandising, and an energized in-store experience. The role focuses on helping guests discover products and complete purchases through engaging service and well-presented merchandise.

• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, promotional signage, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings.
• Use store tools to understand sales and inventory, and to resolve guest needs.
• Sort truck freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability on the floor by executing priority fills, manual fills, and merchandising to capacity.
• Maintain backroom organization to support replenishment and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price-change processes through appropriate signage and promotions.
• Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and assist guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by moving merchandise from fitting rooms and guest service back to the salesfloor as needed.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely at all times and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and Drive-Up while complying with applicable laws (including adult beverage laws where relevant).
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with their daily tasks; thank guests for shopping with Target.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• You are open to a flexible work schedule with varying hours, days or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays and other peak shopping times).

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology as directed.
• Effective communication skills; ability to work independently or with a team; resolve guest questions quickly.
• Ability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established time frames.

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Climb ladders when required; scan and move merchandise safely, including lifting up to 15 pounds routinely and up to 44 pounds occasionally with assistance.
• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; reliable and prompt attendance.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions while performing duties such as Drive-Up or carryout.
• Movement may be required throughout a scheduled shift.
