Location: Garner, NC
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (No weekends)

We serve adults 18 and older with comprehensive primary care services, including preventive care, chronic disease management, and referrals for behavioral health.

As a Nurse Practitioner at Rose Hope Primary Care, you will:
- Provide comprehensive primary care, including preventive screenings and chronic disease management.
- Perform physical exams, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans.
- Educate patients on health and wellness strategies.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless, compassionate care.
- Current NP license in North Carolina
- Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
- Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient-centered care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
