The Licensed Practical Nurse in the Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) in the Garner VA will function as a nurse in support of the Physician/Advanced Practice Provider and Registered Nurse in the specialty clinics (Cardiology, Neurology, Pulmonary, Dermatology, Renal, Oncology, and Rheumatology). The Licensed Practical Nurse provides direct patient care, as well as, works with the Interdisciplinary team to coordinate care for the Veteran.
