You will play a key role in maintaining a safe, efficient, and well-organized warehouse while supporting both the Customer Service and Service teams. This position is hands-on and operational, covering inventory management, shipping and receiving, equipment operation, and coordination of local deliveries. The role is active and varied, with responsibilities that change day to day.
This is a safety-sensitive position that requires strong attention to detail, accountability, and a consistent commitment to safe work practices.
What a Typical Day Looks LikeResponsibilities typically include :
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safety-compliant warehouse environment
- Loading and unloading trucks and preparing outbound shipments
- Accurately fulfilling internal and customer orders in a timely manner
- Supporting Customer Service and Service teams with parts, kits, and materials
- Operating powered industrial equipment, including forklifts and electric pallet jacks
- Charging and handling batteries and working with material-handling equipment
- Tracking inventory levels and maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Scheduling freight pickups and deliveries and completing Bills of Lading
- Communicating professionally with freight carriers, team members, and customers
- Completing local deliveries or pickups as needed
You may also perform basic DC power work (2V-120V) and take voltage measurements. All required training and personal protective equipment are provided.
What We're Looking ForWe're seeking a dependable, safety-focused individual who is comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
- Minimum of 3 years of warehouse experience in a non-production environment
- Forklift experience or willingness to obtain certification (training provided)
- Ability to safely operate powered industrial equipment, including sit-down counterbalance forklifts and walkie electric pallet jacks
- Willingness to work around live power and electrical systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle customer needs professionally, including in challenging situations
- Ability to read and understand specifications, manuals, and technical documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
