Compensation
Our Experienced Plumbers earn $80,000–$200,000+ per year, depending on skill, performance, and drive.

What You'll Do (Service Plumber Responsibilities)

• Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies

• Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures

• Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems

• Maintain accurate job documentation and material usage

• Load/prepare all materials needed for each job

• Support teammates to complete tasks efficiently and safely

• Ensure all required job paperwork is completed accurately

• Perform other duties assigned by management

• Must hold an active TSBPE Tradesman Plumber License or higher

What We're Looking For (Skills & Qualifications)

• Strong problem-solving skills and excellent customer service

• Honest, dependable, and professional

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

• Professional appearance and communication

• Ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime when needed

• Must have an active TSBPE Tradesman Plumber License or higher
