Position

Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and mechanically skilled Service Technician to join our growing team. This role involves hands‑on technical work in the field—performing startup, diagnostics, maintenance, and repair services for a wide range of HVAC systems including cooling towers, pumps, heat exchangers, VFDs, chillers, air handlers, and hydronic accessories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform field service tasks on HVAC systems with minimal supervision.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and controls‑related issues.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance and system startups in accordance with factory standards.
  • Accurately document work performed, labor hours, and materials used.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal teams.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Identify and propose system improvements or retrofit opportunities to support customer success.
Qualifications
  • 3–7 years of relevant experience in HVAC service or a related mechanical field.
  • Ability to interpret wiring diagrams, mechanical drawings, and technical manuals.
  • Familiarity with key product categories such as pumps, towers, chillers, VFDs, boilers, and air handlers.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs., climb ladders, and work in mechanical rooms or rooftops.
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
