$16 - $24 per hour

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Premiums in the form of $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be paid under specific circumstances, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
