What You'll Do:
Our Sales Associates are crucial to Sunglass Hut's success. You will deliver an authentic, fun, and energetic experience to customers while helping them find premium eyewear.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales & Build Relationships: Achieve sales targets and exceed expectations by engaging with customers and forming lasting relationships. Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs.
- Become a Vision Expert: Provide tailored advice and recommend eyewear solutions suited to each customer's lifestyle and preferences.
- Learn and Grow: Improve your skills through hands-on training and collaborate with experienced professionals to deliver excellent service.
- Collaborate & Contribute: Work closely with your team and management to maintain a positive, supportive environment where everyone contributes to success.
- Create a Welcoming Store Atmosphere: Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Foster Inclusion & Respect: Promote an inclusive and respectful environment for customers and colleagues.
What We're Looking For:
- Passion for Customer Service: Experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but enthusiasm for helping others and creating great experiences is essential.
- Sales Savvy: Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, engaging customers and driving sales.
- Tech-Savvy & Detail-Oriented: Comfortable with technology to enhance customer experience and maintain transaction accuracy.

- Self-Motivated & Adaptable: Resilient and proactive, able to adjust to fast-paced environments and eager to learn and grow.
