Kitchen Designer

Designer - Kitchen/Bath role at The Home Depot - Designers support three primary store priorities:
Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. Designers provide fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers, welcoming them to the store, assessing kitchen and/or bath project needs, providing showroom tours, arranging for kitchen and/or bath measures, meeting with customers to review room designs, and making purchasing recommendations. By supporting these priorities, Designers drive sales to support department and store goals.

• Support Customers First by providing fast, thorough, and friendly service: welcome customers, assess kitchen and/or bath project needs, provide showroom tours, set up for measures, meet with customers to review room designs, and make purchasing recommendations.
• Support In Stock by assessing stock levels of samples and brochures and restocking as necessary.
• Support Store Appearance by ensuring special order displays and showrooms promote a shopping environment that is appealing and safe.
• Drive sales to support department and store goals by reinforcing these three priorities.
