Responsibilities- Greet and assist all customers and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Direct customers to the appropriate areas within the retail location.
- Manage and coordinate customer traffic to minimize congestion and maintain a smooth flow.
- Communicate any traffic-related issues to the appropriate team members promptly.
- Keep entryways, walkways, and common areas clear and organized.
- Support the retail team with day-to-day operations as needed.
- Maintain a clean, clutter-free retail environment.
- Perform additional duties and support special projects as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or traffic coordination preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
