Guest Experience Lead (GEL) at McDonald's

A McDonald’s Guest Experience Lead is responsible for ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all our customers. The role involves welcoming guests, assisting with self‑ordering kiosks, managing customer inquiries and actively seeking ways to enhance the customer experience. The GEL may also be involved with training crew members on service standards and guest interactions.

• Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
• Help customers order their favorite McDonald’s meals
• Prepare all of McDonald’s World Famous food
• Partner with other crew members and managers to meet daily goals and have fun
• Keep the restaurant looking fantastic

All you’ll need is an outstanding attitude, willingness to learn and grow, and the capability to excel in a fast‑paced, team environment. You must be 16 years of age or older to work as a crew member at McDonald’s. We’ll teach you the rest and offer part‑time or full‑time opportunities that fit your schedule.
