Job Duties:

• Responsible for setting up, cleaning, and maintaining the party room/lane
• Greet and assist party guests with any items/decorations they bring
• Serve food, beverages, and cake to party guests
• Assisting with delivering the best possible experience for birthday clients and notifying Management immediately if assistance is needed
• Greeting and communicating with guests and answering basic party related questions
• Provide an exceptional experience to the guest of honor and all party guests
• Ensure that the party payment is received and all additional items are paid for through the POS system.
• Adhere to strict party timing schedule
• Assist as needed in other areas as requested by a lead or manager
• Maintain uniform standards and a professional appearance

• Standing for long periods of time with frequent bending and turning
• Maintaining a positive attitude and upbeat personality during each party.
• Moving at a fast pace to keep each party on schedule.
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs
• Must be able to communicate with guests and explain packages

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Obtain training certification per company policy

• Goes beyond the normal expectations without compromising the company mission, vision and values.

• Responding to guests’ special requests in a courteous and accountable fashion.
• Monitors the consistency of the product provided to all guests, anticipating potential needs of all guests.

• Cooperates with all team members when assigned additional tasks and listens to others with compassion.
• Seeks knowledge from multiple sources and learns from past experiences for future development and growth.
• Maintains uniform standards.
