Purpose of the Role: A Restaurant cashier has direct guest contact and is responsible for greeting guests within 3-5 seconds, answering the phone, taking accurate orders, and delivering completed orders with a positive attitude and a smile.   Greet guests in a timely manner (3-5 seconds at most) and ensure a positive, long-lasting Wingstop experience. Handle orders and inquiries professionally. Notify the Manager of guest issues and resolve low-level issues with efficiency and a positive attitude.
• Team Oriented: Work well with others, support the Wingstop Team, report safety/sanitation or employee issues to the Manager, work well under pressure, listen to teammates, and assist other positions when needed.
• Process Compliance: Follow safe handling procedures, stay up-to-date on product/procedural changes, open/close the restaurant, manage cash per POS system, promote add-on sales, verify age for alcoholic beverages where required, and keep interior/exterior clean and staged.

• High School diploma preferred
• Some hospitality experience preferred
• Maintains regular and predictable experience
• Must be 18 years or older
