A Restaurant cook is responsible for preparing quality food that tastes great and is consistent from day to day, following Wingstop operational standards. This position is critical to Wingstop Restaurants; ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation, including product preparation. The cook must maintain the highest quality products and services with proper personal hygiene and sanitation procedures and focus on their job in a calm and efficient manner.

Experience:
maintain a positive attitude, handle orders and inquiries, ensure quality product, quickly and friendly service, notify Manager of issues, resolve low-level concerns. - Team Oriented: work well with others, support the Wingstop team, notify Manager of safety, sanitation or employee issues, work well under pressure and fast pace, provide feedback, assist other positions when necessary.
- Process Compliance: ensure safe handling procedures, up‑to‑date knowledge of product changes, responsible for opening/closing, practice safe cooking procedures, scan and comprehend order tickets, count wings accurately, coordinate cooking times, sauce, season and package all orders according to standards, filter and freshen fryer shortening daily, use chemical cleaning products safely, keep interior and exterior clean and staged.

- Some hospitality experience preferred.
