Manager in Training — join our growing team. This person will train and work within our Independent Senior Living communities across the Dallas–Fort Worth area, starting at Watermere  company grows talent from within, and the Manager in Training position is a pathway to leadership in the Senior Living industry.

• Participate in training across departments to ensure each department operates within guidelines and budgets and meets established standards.
• Participate in daily stand-up meetings and support cross-functional collaboration.
• Assist with Human Resources and Payroll functions, including handling new hire paperwork and timecard adjustments.
• Interact with residents and their families, acknowledge concerns, and resolve issues related to business office matters.
• Work closely with Sales to develop and review marketing plans, meet sales goals, and stay aware of upcoming move-ins and move-outs.
• Review accounts receivable and participate in collection efforts, including making calls and sending communications to residents and responsible parties.

• Learn the management of each department to ensure operations align with guidelines, budgets, and standards.
• Participate in daily stand-up meetings.
• Support Human Resources and Payroll functions and related processes.
• Engage with residents and families to address concerns and support community operations.
• Collaborate with Sales on marketing plans and move-in/move-out coordination.
• Develop understanding of accounts receivable processes and collection activities.

• Bachelor's degree required;
  Master's degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer proficient; knowledge of Excel preferred but not required.
• Desire to grow and learn.
• Permanent relocation within the state of Texas may be required.
