• Oversee weekly payroll processing to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
• Review and approve payroll calculations including wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions
• Ensure accurate time entry, labor allocation, job costing, and payroll inputs
• Manage payroll changes including new hires, terminations, pay changes, and benefit adjustments
• Ensure proper handling of garnishments, tax levies, and mandatory deductions
• Resolve complex payroll discrepancies and system issues
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
• Prepare, file, and remit all required payroll tax filings and payments
• Maintain compliance with prevailing wage and certified payroll requirements
• Serve as payroll system owner and CMiC subject matter expert
• Manage, train, and develop payroll staff

• Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Lead and hold others accountable while maintaining a collaborative approach
• Exercise independent judgment and problem-solving in complex situations
• Adapt to changing regulations, systems, and organizational needs
• Take ownership of payroll outcomes and compliance responsibilities
• Perform duties beyond those specifically outlined to support organizational goals
• CMiC and full in house payroll processing experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Advanced payroll and compliance expertise
