Payroll, Technology & Compliance Manager Build the Backbone of a High-Performing Organization

What You’ll Be Responsible For- Lead and oversee weekly, in-house payroll processing with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness
- Review and approve wages, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and labor allocations
- Manage payroll changes including new hires, terminations, pay adjustments, and benefits updates
- Ensure proper handling of garnishments, tax levies, and mandatory deductions
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Prepare, file, and remit payroll tax filings and payments
- Oversee prevailing wage and certified payroll compliance
- Serve as the payroll system owner and CMiC subject-matter expert
- Troubleshoot payroll system issues and resolve complex discrepancies
- Lead, train, and develop payroll staff while promoting accountability and collaboration
- Drive process improvements and support broader organizational initiatives
- Proven experience managing full-cycle, in-house payroll
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to prioritize, delegate, and mentor
- Advanced knowledge of payroll compliance and regulations
- High technical aptitude;
CMiC experience strongly preferred - Exceptional attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
