As the Wastewater Treatment Supervisor
, you will:
Support the Director of Public Works in planning, budgeting, and implementing wastewater treatment programs. Supervise staff, assign duties, and ensure timely, compliant operations. Oversee lab operations and SCADA systems; maintain pumps, panels, chlorinators, and chemical feed systems. Ensure all TCEQ and regulatory reports are completed and submitted on time.

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in wastewater treatment operations, including administrative responsibilities.
• At least two (2) years of supervisory experience in wastewater operations.
• Must possess a valid TCEQ Class B Wastewater Treatment License at the time of hire.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, criminal background investigation and MVR check.
• Must possess valid class C driver’s license.
