Job Title: Bilingual Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal
Location: Garland, TX (Onsite)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $75-$90K Salary plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, STD and life insurance; referral program, paid time off; and paid holidays.
Our client is seeking a full-time, experienced, and highly motivated Bilingual Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to support a fast-paced litigation team. This role manages the full lifecycle of personal injury cases—from initial intake through trial and post-trial proceedings—and serves as the primary case manager. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, proactive deadline management, and the ability to handle a high-volume caseload while providing comprehensive support to attorneys.
This is a fully onsite position and is not remote.
Responsibilities- Manage a high-volume caseload of personal injury matters from intake and case opening through settlement and closing
- Serve as primary case manager for litigation files, ensuring accuracy, organization, and timely progression
- Communicate regularly with clients, insurance carriers, and medical providers
- Order, obtain, and manage medical records and billing documentation
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients and providers throughout treatment
- Gather and organize documents supporting injury claims and liability positions
- Interact with insurance companies to determine coverage and policy limits
- Secure medical records and account balances from providers
- Draft litigation complaints, discovery requests, and discovery responses
- Maintain well-organized and up-to-date case files
- Track deadlines and ensure compliance with litigation timelines
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Personal Injury Pre-Litigation and Litigation
- Prior experience managing a caseload of at least 100 cases
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Strong work ethic with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong client-service focus
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet strict deadlines
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
