Senior In-House Litigation Attorney

Epic is seeking exceptional attorneys to join our legal team at our Madison, WI campus. This role requires relocation to the area and offers financial relocation assistance. Recruitment is nationwide.

As a Senior In-House Litigation Attorney you will manage complex litigation and counsel on regulatory, competition, healthcare law, and other potential risk areas. You will handle and win multi‑million dollar disputes, minimize risk through proactive counseling, and represent the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings. You will also develop relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the U.S. and abroad.

• Eye for detail, a creative mind, and excellent communication, writing and analytic skills
• Strong academic and professional background
• JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases (competition and regulatory litigation experience is a plus)
