Key Responsibilities Design, code, test, and document software applications related to underwriting systems Gather requirements and conduct advanced software analysis to develop solutions Collaborate with stakeholders to define system scope, manage updates, and lead meetings on software needs
Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, or 4 additional years of relevant work experience 8 years of experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software systems ITIL Foundations v3 certification preferred (to be obtained within 180 days of starting)
Experience with underwriting rating systems and familiarity with relevant business processes preferred Proficiency in system engineering tools and programming languages such as JavaScript, XML, and .NET Framework
