Under the direct supervision of the Park Services Supervisor, the Park Services Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of park facilities to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for guests and fellow employees. Duties include cleaning restrooms, collecting and disposing of trash, performing regular walkthroughs of high traffic areas, and addressing concerns promptly. This role requires strong attention to detail, adherence to safety and sanitation protocols, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
EssentialFunctions

- Maintain Park cleanliness by performing routine and thorough cleaning of restrooms, trash receptacles, and other high-traffic areas. Restock supplies and disinfect surfaces as required.
- Conduct regular inspections of park grounds, walkways, and facilities to identify and address debris, spills, or safety hazards promptly.
- Report maintenance issues by communicating damaged or broken equipment in high-traffic areas to the Park Services Supervisor to ensure prompt repair or replacement.
- Follow safety and sanitation protocols as outlined in the Park Services Division Manual and Safety Data Sheets to maintain a safe environment for guests and employees.
- Deliver exceptional guest service by actively engaging with guests to provide information, resolve concerns, address inquiries, and educate visitors on facility rules and procedures.
- Assist with special events by supporting set-up, clean-up, and maintaining cleanliness during the events.
- Perform additional task and responsibilities as assigned to support park operations.
