Community Liaison

Overview

First Light Home Care of Rockwall is seeking a motivated Community Liaison to build strong referral relationships and increase awareness of our non-medical home care services. This role is ideal for a relationship-driven professional who enjoys networking, community outreach, and making a meaningful impact.

• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, senior living communities, and community partners
• Generate quality referrals through in-person visits, presentations, and networking
• Represent First Light at community events and industry functions
• Track outreach and results using our CRM
• Execute a sales plan to meet monthly and quarterly goals

• 23 years of outside sales or business development experience (healthcare or senior living preferred)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
• Passion for helping others while driving results
