We are looking for a self‑motivated, passionate Territory Manager to join our team in Garland, TX.

Responsibilities- Build and sustain positive, long‑term relationships with key referral sources, community leaders, and potential partners
- Actively promote Total Care’s services and programs to generate referrals and meet admission goals
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase patient volume and expand the system’s market share
- Organize and participate in community events, health fairs, and networking events to increase visibility and foster collaboration
- Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities, detailing progress toward growth targets
- At least two years of experience in marketing, business development, or sales, preferably within the healthcare industry
- Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills, including public speaking and presentation abilities
- Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships, with a focus on long‑term partnerships
- Data‑driven mindset with the ability to analyze market trends, sales metrics, and competitor activity to inform strategy
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales or patient referrals
- Self‑motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects and priorities
- Strong knowledge of the local community and established professional connections are highly preferred
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for frequent travel within an assigned area

- Full‑time position, with the primary hours scheduled Monday through Friday
- Evening availability is required as business and community events may occur outside of standard hours
- Weekend availability is required on occasion, with Sundays reserved only for special events
- Flexibility to adjust schedule as needed to meet territory, client, and community engagement needs
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, healthcare administration, or a related field (Preferred)
- Prior experience in multi‑site healthcare operations, urgent care, or hospital/clinic business development (Preferred)
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets/google products (Preferred)
- Bilingual or multilingual skills to support diverse patient populations (Preferred)
