QualificationsEducation / Certification :
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree from an accredited institution, preferably in software development, business, or construction-related field, with three (3) years of related experience OR High School diploma or equivalent with ten (10) years of related experience
Experience :
- Minimum of three (3) years in-depth database management in support of construction program / project management, capital improvement planning / forecasting, contract administration, schedule and budget management with a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree OR Minimum of ten (10) years of in-depth database management in support of construction program / project management, capital improvement planning / forecasting, contract administration, schedule and budget management with a high school Diploma or equivalent
