Parent & Me Soccer Instructor | Part Time
We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic coach to lead our 'Soccer Parent & Me' classes designed for toddlers (ages 18 months to 3 years) and their parents. This fun and engaging program introduces the fundamentals of soccer through age-appropriate games and activities, encouraging motor skill development, socialization, and bonding between parents and children.
Our ideal candidate has prior experience working with children (as a teacher, nanny, daycare, youth leader, or camp leader), and genuinely loves children. We offer training on the job, a flexible schedule, and incentive programs.
Responsibilities include:
- leading engaging, high-energy sessions for toddlers and their parents or caregivers
- creating a safe, inclusive, and positive environment for all participants
- demonstrating basic soccer skills in a playful and age-appropriate manner
- providing guidance and encouragement to parents on how to support their child's learning
- setting up and taking down equipment before and after sessions
- communicating with parents and caregivers in a friendly and professional way
- ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants at all times
- maintaining a fun and patient attitude while working with young children
- embodying an active lifestyle
- being an ambassador for our company and its values
Requirements:
- must be at least 18 years old
- high school diploma with some college (preferred)
- valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- available most Monday-Saturday mornings and/or afternoons
- ability to run, bend, lift, and engage in physical activity with toddlers for extended periods
- comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
