Now hiring. Garland, TX. Pay Rate: $18.50 - $19.75 per hour. Shift: (1st Shift | 2 PM - 10 PM) (2nd Shift | 10 PM - 6 AM) Tuesday - Saturday + Weekends if needed.

Who We're Looking For- A high school graduate or GED
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office & 10-key)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Manhattan WMS required
- Experience with UPS and Fed Ex shipping systems preferred
- A problem-solver who thrives on helping others
- Cool under pressure, even on busy days
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding work orders, invoices, shipments, and inventory
- Process and input customer orders accurately
- Generate stock reports to confirm product availability
- Prepare all necessary paperwork for customer work orders
- Coordinate special or expedited shipping requests with Traffic and Operations
- Follow up with internal departments to ensure service levels are met
- Verify and ensure accurate invoicing of accounts
- Maintain damage records and backorder logs
- Communicate customer feedback and concerns to management
- Maintain organized account files and procedure documentation
