Job Overview:

Roof Experts, Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Commercial Roofing Superintendent to run commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and Lead Teams:

• Oversee foremen and field crews to ensure safe and efficient roof system installations.
• Conduct safety audits, provide training, and address performance or disciplinary issues.
• Perform performance reviews and recommend promotions or raises.

Ensure Project Success:

• Monitor quality, production, and resource use to meet contract goals.
• Track labor, schedule materials, and coordinate subcontractors.
• Conduct pre-job planning, safety plans, and work efficiencies.

Customer Engagement:

• Maintain regular communication with customers to address questions and concerns.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues and delivering warranties.

Manage Field-to-Office Communication:

• Submit reports, coordinate job details, and review final paperwork.
• Investigate incidents and ensure documentation is timely and accurate.

Exemplify Leadership:

• Participate in project reviews, support teamwork, and demonstrate a commitment to professional development.

Requirements

Technical

Skills:

• Knowledge of roof system installations, safety standards, and quality control.
• Ability to interpret architectural plans and calculate budgets.
• Proficiency with technology for scheduling and reporting.

Leadership and Management:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to motivate and lead teams.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Skilled in scheduling, coordinating resources, and meeting production goals.

Customer Service:

• Capable

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual fluency, CDL, and specialized certifications (e.g., OSHA, forklift, rigging).
• Experience with safety protocols and manufacturer-specific roof systems.
