Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement inventory replenishment strategies aligned with business goals
- Analyze replenishment data to identify and resolve service failures
- Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize inventory management and improve service levels
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, or a related field
- Experience with planning software and inventory management systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct root cause analysis
- Experience in ERP software is a plus
