Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and reconciliations Oversee IOLTA/trust accounting compliance and ensure adherence to state bar regulations Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and analyze KPIs for operational efficiency
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a law firm Proven experience with trust/IOLTA accounting and compliance Proficiency in Quick Books (or similar), Excel, and legal billing software Strong understanding of financial reporting
