Overview

Luna Wireless is one of the largest Authorized T‑Mobile Retailers in the US. We are looking for energetic candidates with ambition for unlimited potential. We offer full‑time and part‑time positions in a fun, fast‑paced environment.

We encourage bilingual Spanish speakers, but it is not required.

• Help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in‑store.
• Explore individual needs and provide hands‑on demonstrations of the latest technology in‑store.
• Side‑by‑side selling to find personalized solutions beyond the bare‑bones device and service plan that keep customers connected to the people and lifestyle they love, including unique accessories and cutting‑edge IoT devices.
• Approach service and sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion.

Build digital proficiency: demonstrate coverage and T‑Mobile plans, complete in‑store training, learn about wireless innovations, and time shift productively.

• Show how T‑Mobile coverage stacks up in customers’ neighborhoods, providing a lightning‑fast LTE network.
• Explain why T‑Mobile plans and services let customers live unlimited, feel love, stay connected, and go further.
• Complete training on T‑Mobile in‑store experience, new skills and processes, and reference resources.
• Make the most of time on shift, consistently seeking information between customers, learning about innovations in wireless and technology.

• Collectively own the customer experience and resolve issues, creating a seamless, run‑around‑free environment.
• Successfully identify and hand off small business leads.
• Support team initiatives and create an inclusive environment.

• Passionate customer advocate who enjoys being authentic.
• Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment.
• Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and resolving issues.
• Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience; retail environment preferred.

• Competitive base pay plus commission (starting at $15/hour).

• At least 18 years of age.
