Global Power Components is a privately held, growing manufacturer of UL heavy gauge steel fuel tanks, trailers, large generator enclosures and modular metal enclosures for housing fully equipped electrical distribution and control equipment. To support continuous growth, we are looking to add a motivated Class A CDL driver to our logistics team. This role is full‑time, 1st shift Monday through Friday;
candidates will be home in the evenings.
- Valid Class A CDL.
- Good driving record.
- HAZMAT endorsement.
- Dry van and flatbed experience required.
- Experience with oversize loads preferred.
- Commitment to providing customer service that makes both internal and external customers feel welcome, important and appreciated.
- Ability to back trailers safely into store docks or vendor locations.
- Ability to occasionally lift 80 pounds.
- Safely transport goods.
- Serve as a role model and demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety of others.
- Achieve precise delivery times.
Maintain compliance with all DOT and FMCRS regulations, which include but are not limited to pre‑ and post‑inspections, hours of service, medical cards and drug and alcohol compliance.
