Brief Description: Customer Service Representative is responsible for selling new auto insurance policies, renewing policies, servicing existing policies, and marketing for potential new business.

Requirements:

• Computer literate, basic to intermediate skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is helpful
• Excellent communication skills, assertive, able to provide a first-rate customer experience
• Must pass state licensing requirements
• Flexible schedule
• Reliable transportation

Education/Training/Experience: High School Diploma; previous customer service experience is helpful

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide professional, courteous service to customers
• Answer questions regarding policies
• Accept payments and process transactions
• Identify customer needs regarding their policies
• Follow up on quotes, renewals, cancellations
• Assist with marketing initiatives for new business
• Maintain a clean work area and office
• Conduct vehicle inspections (FNOLs)
• Take vehicle pictures (physical effort required)
• Handle bank deposits
• This is a full-time position
• Perform other duties as assigned
