Wachusett Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with a passion for working with seniors and delivering top-quality care.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to patients as assigned

• Administer and record medications and treatments

• Assist physicians and others with diagnostic procedures and treatments

• Reinforce health care instructions to patients and their families

• Collaborate with team members in planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care

• Assist with the admission, transfer, and discharge of patients

• Observe and report patients' vital signs, symptoms, and general condition

• Maintain accurate patient charts and document responses to nursing care

• Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for patients

• Assist with unit management and/or assume charge of the unit as assigned
