Position Highlights
Practice in a busy community emergency department
Physician-led, team-based model with experienced Emergency Medicine physicians and APPs
Opportunity to practice at the top of license

Full-time schedule: 11 twelve-hour shifts per month
Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients presenting with a broad range of emergency conditions
Perform procedures consistent with training and scope of practice
Collaborate with Emergency Medicine physicians, nursing staff, and consultants
Document care in the electronic medical record and adhere to quality and safety standards
Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Minimum of 1 year of experience in one or more of the following:
Emergency Department practice as an APP
Urgent Care practice as an APP
Prior clinical experience as a Paramedic
Eligible for Massachusetts licensure
BLS and ACLS required (PALS preferred or willingness to obtain)
Strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and communication skills
