• Requires experience in at least two of the following areas: carpentry, painting, plumbing, plastering and/or other trades.
• Valid Massachusetts Driver’s License.
• Two (2) years experience in the building maintenance field.
• Groundskeeping experience.
• A combination of previous related work experience may be substituted for some of the above qualifications.
• Ability to work alone or with little supervision is necessary.
• Be available to work overtime when necessary.
