Job Description General Statement of DutiesAmbassadors are student representatives who support the college's mission while assisting prospective students throughout the enrollment process.
Responsibilities- Providing information to customers via multiple channels, such as: telephone, email, in-person, etc.;
- Greet visitors to the college (students, prospective students, families, etc.);
- Conduct campus tours;
- Assist with Open Houses, Information Sessions and other college events, both on and off-campus;
- Assist the office staff with other tasks, assembly of materials, answering phones, filing and mailings.
- Must be a currently enrolled MWCC student (minimum 6 credit hours per semester) in good academic standing;
- Able to commit to 10 hours per week;
- Ambassadors should contribute to a welcoming atmosphere, have good interpersonal skills and be comfortable working with confidential information;
- Strong oral and written communication skills;
