Job Description

This posting is a Pool position. There may or may not be available openings at this time; when an opening occurs, the hiring manager will draw from the pool of applicants on file as needed. Applicants will not be notified of status unless contacted to interview, which may occur soon after applying or as much as a year later.

General Statement of Duties

Assist in the Mount Fitness Programs/Clinics as Program Director, Clinic Director, Assistant Director, Counselor, Coach, or Staff.

Responsibilities
  • Provide a safe and supportive environment for each participant to play, grow, and learn the fundamentals of the respective program/clinic.
  • Demonstrate professional appearance, conduct, language, and sportsmanship; model these standards for participants.
Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must meet the regulations of the Massachusetts Department of Health for program/clinic staff.
  • Must pass CORI/SORI background checks before working with the participants.
