Drives a tractor trailer or straight truck on intrastate and interstate routes to deliver and unload food and related products;
Performs pre/post trip safety checks and inspections per DOT regulations;
Follows DOT regulations and company safety guidelines and reports hazards;
Inspects trailer for properly loaded and secured freight and completes required paperwork;
Verifies delivery with customer and obtains signatures; handles cash/checks where required
