Provide customer service to clients at a retail store location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout sales floors, garden areas, stockrooms, receiving docks, and exterior perimeter areas as assigned; working environments and conditions may vary by site;
Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help to deter theft, trespassing, and other unwanted activity while supporting a positive customer experience;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with access control issues, disturbances, and medical situations, and/or coordinating with local authorities when needed;
Complete detailed reports for incidents, observations, and shift activities, and communicate pertinent information to site leadership and Allied Universal management
