Earn $18.50 Per Hour

• Work independently at multiple properties, both inside and outside
• Assess customer storage needs and recommend units, products, and services
• Conduct daily unit inspections to confirm inventory and prepare spaces for rent
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits daily
• Maintain customer accounts: process payments, send reminders, and make collection calls as needed

• Move or lift items up to 35 pounds
• Walk or run within facilities, spending up to 50% of time outdoors; climb stairs and open large doors
• Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks (sweeping, mopping, landscaping)

• Prior customer‑service or sales experience: retail, restaurant, fast‑food, or other service‑based roles
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle for travel between work locations (mileage reimbursement available)
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
