- Ensure high‑quality products are taken care of and available for members
- Keep shelves clean, maintain temperature control, verify expiration dates, and dispose of inferior food products
- Pack ready‑to‑sell products in proper containers and stock displays
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and member‑ready area
- Follow safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including safety sweeps, forklift spotting, hazardous material handling, and reporting unsafe situations
- Maintain the sales floor and merchandise presentation in the freezer/cooler/deli area, handling claims and returns, zoning, receiving and stocking merchandise, setting up, cleaning, and organizing displays, signing and pricing merchandise, completing required audits and paperwork, and securing fragile and high‑shrink merchandise
- Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, locating merchandise, assisting purchasing decisions, providing deli products, resolving issues, and promoting company products and services
- Comply with food handling policies, operate, repair, and sanitize equipment, follow cold chain procedures, clean freezer/cooler/deli areas, monitor equipment operation, and report issues to management
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Successful completion of all required trainings and assessments within prescribed time period
