Team Lead, Management

Responsibilities

To complete and assign work‑specific activities to team members and provide direction, guidance, and training for these activities. Resolve complex work‑related issues by establishing strong relationships with internal and external customers. Ensure team members complete necessary activities on time, maintain outstanding customer service, and demonstrate sound communication skills. Assign work activities based on skill levels, perform quality audits, record and track results, and compile daily, weekly, and monthly reports to achieve quality measurement goals.

Maintain workflow control and collaborate with manager to identify and resolve productivity or performance problems. Recommend continuous constructive activities to enhance workflow production and results.

High school diploma/GED. At least 3 years business experience, including 1 year in a brokerage industry and/or customs brokerage environment. Proven leadership skills overseeing team members, strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills. Ability to maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external customers and to train and motivate team members for optimal work productivity.

$23/hr depending on experience. This compensation range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, and other job‑related factors.
