The opportunity includes providing banking and treasury management services to commercial clients, with a focus on delivering professional and responsive service.

The Opportunity

Performs all duties in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures, all U.S. state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the Company operates.

How You’ll Make a Difference
  • Provide professional and responsive service and troubleshooting assistance to commercial clients utilizing Treasury Management Services including but not limited to:
    • Online/Mobile Banking
    • Positive Pay
    • Remote Deposit
    • Bill Payment
    • Wires
    • Secure File Transfers/Enhanced Reporting functions
  • Deposit Solutions Support if applicable:
    • Onboarding and maintenance of Intrafi products (CDARS, ICS), Money Market Sweeps and Brokered Deposits
    • Support month-end processes
  • Work hand-in-hand with internal teams to ensure the clients have an outstanding and reliable experience.
  • Ensure that the implementation and delivery of products and services is completed within agreed upon time frames, adhering to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Process requests for maintenance and modifications to existing products and services.
  • Collaborate with teammates and management in a resourceful and positive manner.
  • Treat people with respect; keep commitments; inspire the trust of others; work ethically and with integrity; uphold organizational values; accept responsibility for own actions.

The employee shall comply with occupational safety and health standards and all rules, regulations and orders issued pursuant to the OSHA Act of 1970, which are applicable to one’s own actions and conduct.
  • Performs other duties and projects as assigned.
What You’ll Bring
  • Required:
  • 4-5 years’ prior banking experience with advanced knowledge of Treasury Management products
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Advanced knowledge/experience with customer service support
  • Internally motivated, team-oriented, ability to make decisions, create change, and promote company and personal growth
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

Salary Range

The base salary ultimately offered is determined through a review of education, industry experience, training, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant in alignment with market data and other factors.
