Position: Interim Senior CX Leader — Strategy & Growth
A rapidly growing travel goods brand in Gardena, California, is seeking an experienced Customer Experience Manager to lead customer experience strategy temporarily. The role includes oversight of the CX team, execution of strategic initiatives for customer retention, and optimization of customer journeys. Ideal candidates should have over 5 years of leadership experience in customer service, familiarity with CRMs like Gorgias and Zendesk, and strong analytical skills.

Competitive salary range is offered for a 6-month interim contract.
