Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Commercial & Industrial Project Manager / Estimator to oversee painting projects from initial estimating through final completion. This role blends pre-construction cost analysis, project coordination, and client communication to ensure successful delivery of commercial and industrial painting projects.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically strong in estimating, and confident managing teams, timelines, and client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Review architectural drawings, specifications, and scopes to prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates
- Develop and submit detailed proposals for commercial and industrial painting projects
- Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure efficient project execution
- Manage project schedules, milestones, and on-site progress
