This position offers $24.00 to $27 per hour depending on experience, with the potential to earn thousands in additional bonus opportunities, plus benefits. We also provide opportunities for advancement and an in-house Training Academy.
Responsibilities- Maintenance responsibilities across carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, drywall, masonry, or appliance repair and installation.
- Travel to multiple sites within a defined region as needed.
- Maintain and preserve a multimillion-dollar apartment community and support daily maintenance, emergency repairs, and unit turnovers.
- Act as boots on the ground and a support system to the team to keep everything in working order.
- Deliver high-quality work and help ensure customer satisfaction for residents and teammates.
- Hands-on maintenance experience in a residential, commercial, or industrial facility environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and residents; ability to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with computers, particularly Microsoft Outlook.
- Willingness and ability to travel to other communities within a defined region.
- California Driver’s License and car insurance up to date; driving record pride in good standing.
- High School Diploma or GED; college degree is a plus.
