Create connections with prospective members, help them become members, and engage with them during the follow‑up process to ensure their success.

• Actively pursue enrollment of new members through self‑generated and company‑sponsored programs, promotions, and referrals.
• Support potential members in fulfilling their fitness goals.
• Maintain member engagement and community building.
• Assist with building and equipment maintenance and safety.
• Manage membership sales, billing, and information hub.

• Ownership of results.
• Ability to fight hard to win.
• Adaptability to various situations.
• Strong communication with members and teammates with a customer service mentality.
• Team player, willing to jump into any task and complete it.
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and sales skills.
• Extreme organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfortable with technology, quick focus shift, phone etiquette and good math skills.
• Must be available 20 hours per week, including every Thursday and at least one weekend day.
• Background check required.

• Membership sales (club and individual – services, products, programs).
• Membership billing.
• Customer service (friendly, clean, helpful, problem resolution).
• Information hub – product knowledge, programs, events.

Hourly position – potential annual earnings $36,000 USD – $72,000 USD.
