Full Time in Garden Grove, CA.
Responsibilities- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Use a customer‑focused, needs‑based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Base Salary plus commission/bonus.
- Group health plan with monthly $300 allowance.
- Dental and Vision, paid by owner.
- Group Life $75,000.00, paid by owner.
- 401k with 4% match.

- Bilingual Spanish Required.
- Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and listening.

- Five years of sales experience preferred.
- Must be available to work the following schedule M-F 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. Compensation $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year.
