Full Time in Garden Grove, CA.

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Use a customer‑focused, needs‑based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

• Base Salary plus commission/bonus.
• Group health plan with monthly $300 allowance.

• Group Life $75,000.00, paid by owner.

• Bilingual Spanish Required.
• Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and listening.
• People-oriented.
• Five years of sales experience preferred.
• Must be available to work the following schedule M-F 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.

Compensation $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year.
